This blue teapot with white dots is a very readable kitchen motif: the spout on the left, the handle on the right and a yellow knob on the lid are enough to recognise it. It makes a coaster or a small wall hanging for the kitchen.

The chart is 20 stitches wide and 16 rows high, about 12 cm by 10 cm in DK cotton with a 3.5 mm hook. It uses 4 colours, background included. Start with the yellow knob on the lid, then move on to the blue. The white dots are isolated: work them with a short separate strand and weave it in on the wrong side instead of carrying white across the whole width.

Read the chart from bottom to top, one row going out and one coming back, in single crochet (US). Keep the blue yarn behind the work for an even thickness.
